TriTech Development was established to provide reliable construction, maintenance, and restoration services with a focus on quality workmanship, practical solutions, and responsible material use. Over time, the company has grown through consistent work and long-term client relationships built on trust and results.
TriTech Development has provided services to Great Falls and the surrounding areas since 1990. The company began with a focus on residential repainting and gradually expanded into historic preservation and light commercial work by 2000. By 2004, services had grown to include remodeling and light construction.
In 2006, TriTech shifted its business model to focus more heavily on commercial painting as client needs evolved. This expansion led to a broader range of services, including custom paint work, multi-color detailing, specialty finishes, repaints, restoration, and new construction projects.
Over the years, the business has continued to diversify to meet client demand, adding services such as fire and water restoration, custom tile work, deck, door, and window installation, as well as protective concrete and coating systems.
Whether the project involves new construction, a single room update, or multiple spaces, TriTech Development approaches each job with careful planning and practical solutions. We work with clients to develop a clear scope and budget that fits their needs.
